Below you will see each DRIP Recommendation listed by: date picked,
picked price, current price, and the hypothetical gain/loss on each
recommendation. Each week, I will update these numbers so we can get
a clear picture of our progress (if any).
Editor's Note
Just a few notes to add here.
1. Make sure you read the DOTW this week, there is a correction to
the Kimco write-up from the 08/20/2004 article.
2. Consider taking profits on a portion of your JCP DRIP, It appears
that JCP has hit its top at $40, and I don't like that the stock has
given back ten percent in the past couple weeks.
3. Below the usual portfolio update, I have posted the hypothetical
portfolio for the DRIPs that are older than a year. I have said over
and over again that I hope to get ten percent a year for each DRIP that
I invest in, and this will give you an idea of the performance of
the DRIPs that have been recommended before September 10th, 2003.
4. I also included a list of the one-year-old or older DRIPs that
include the suggested Drops from a year ago.
If any of you are confused about the new portfolios listed below
feel free to email me your questions.
